I Am, I Belong, I Can Poster Kit

A creative, confidence-building resource designed to help children explore who they are, celebrate their strengths and develop a stronger sense of belonging.

Created by a SEN Transitions Practitioner and co-designed with a young person, the I Am, I Belong, I Can Poster Kit provides a meaningful and engaging activity that encourages children to reflect on their identity, recognise their achievements and think positively about their future.

More than just a craft activity, this resource creates opportunities for important conversations around self-esteem, wellbeing, resilience and belonging. Children are invited to tell their own story through creativity, focusing on the people, places, qualities and aspirations that make them unique.

With no right or wrong answers, the poster kit offers a safe and inclusive space for self-expression, helping every child feel valued, capable and connected.
