Our Programmes
Thrive in Year 5
Our Year 5 Programme is designed to help pupils develop the confidence, self-belief and resilience they need to flourish as they move through the final years of primary school and prepare for future transitions.
Through creative and engaging activities, pupils are encouraged to celebrate their strengths, build positive relationships and recognise that they already have many of the skills needed to succeed.
Preparing for Secondary School
Our Year 6 Transition Programme is designed to give pupils the opportunity to explore the move to secondary school in a safe, supportive and engaging way before they transition.
Using creative, discussion-based and interactive activities, the workshop encourages every child to recognise what makes them unique while helping them develop the confidence and self-belief needed to navigate change successfully.
Growing Up Me
Growing Up Me is a strengths-based workshop designed specifically for autistic girls, providing a safe and supportive space to explore identity, belonging, confidence and self-advocacy.
Developed through professional expertise, academic research and lived experience, the workshop celebrates neurodiversity and encourages girls to recognise their strengths, build meaningful connections and develop confidence in who they are.
