Do you ever feel like you want to help but don’t have the tools or knowledge to do it? When children refuse to go to school because their needs are not being met, it cannot be treated in the same way as truancy or illness. Families tell us their children want to attend, but the environment feels too much.

Recent UK data highlights a significant rise in school absence linked to anxiety and mental health: Around 1 in 5 pupils are now persistently absent (10%+ absence), which is approximately double pre-pandemic levels (Department for Education, 2025; UK Parliament Education Committee, 2025)

£45 per session = £270 total investment
1-hour session with a 10-minute soft start and 10-minute warm down to help manage when activities are ending.
